• If you are a witness, briefly rewrite your affidavit, in your own words describing your part.
• If you are an attorney, write at least five direct, and five cross questions for each witness.
• If you are on the jury, describe your role as a juror and how it relates to the Sixth amendment and to "jury duty"
• Reporters write the 5w's and the H of the case and turn -in a preliminary draft of their article.
