The House Judiciary Committee is scheduled to consider HB 2088, which would set certain guidelines for couples under 16 wanting to marry. The guidelines include premarital counseling, continued schooling and determination if the marriage is voluntary and in the minor's best interests. The meeting is in House Hearing Room 3 at 1 p.m.
